📄 Terms of Service – CarLift Buner Express RH-99

Effective Date: August 1, 2025

Welcome to CarLift Buner Express RH-99. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or entering into a transportation agreement with us.

1. Service Overview

CarLift Buner Express RH-99 provides staff transportation services between Sharjah and Dubai on a monthly or contract basis. Services include daily pickup and drop-off for individuals and corporate clients.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings must be confirmed in advance (minimum 48 hours before the start date).

  • Monthly payment must be made in full before the 1st of each month.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.

  • Invoices will be issued upon request or per contract terms.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Individual clients: Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before the new billing cycle. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Corporate clients: As per contract terms.

  • Missed rides due to passenger delay are non-refundable.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Be ready 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

  • Notify CarLift support immediately in case of changes or emergencies.

  • Misbehavior, harassment, or damage to the vehicle/property will result in service termination without refund.

5. CarLift Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, clean, insured vehicles and background-verified drivers.

  • Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs based on confirmed schedules.

  • Notify clients of any delays or emergencies in a timely manner.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

CarLift is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion

  • Road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Accidents or acts of God

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide updates.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect basic client data (name, phone, location) solely for service coordination. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:

  • Repeated payments are missed

  • Passengers violate behavior policies

  • Routes or shift timings are consistently changed without notice

9. Liability Disclaimer

Buner Express RH-99 is not liable for:

  • Items lost or left in vehicles

  • Passenger injuries caused by not following safety rules

  • Third-party acts (e.g., road rage, accidents involving other vehicles)

All transportation is provided at the passenger’s own risk, subject to insurance coverage and legal compliance.

10. Changes to Terms

CarLift Buner Express RH-99 may update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified via email or website notice.
